This project involves the replacement of airfield taxiway and runway lighting and signage to comply with current safety requirements. Pavement reconstruction and repair, along with a new rotating beacon and tower along with increased navigational aids require construction within the multi phased approach that limits the impact to aircraft movements. CPG provides as-needed scheduling support including full cost and resource loaded CPM schedule development and maintenance in addition to progress updating and schedule impact delay analysis as required.
